Drink

Sustainability and ethical sourcing is at the heart of what we do and ensuring our customers have the best possible addition to their meal from beers, to best in class spirits and the worlds finest wines.

More of our drinks than ever represent and celebrate the best of Herefordshire and Shropshire producers including Newton Court Cider and Weston’s Mortimers Orchard ciders; Wye Valley ales, larger and stout; Chase, Sly, Penrhos and Ludlow gins; Willy’s Apple juice, Radnor Hills soft-sparkling range and Wenlock Water.

We have recently added local Rums, Cream Liqueurs and Welsh Whiskey to our offering and offer a selection of house cocktails using homemade and foraged ingredients.

Our wine list continues to develop too, support many Fairtrade, organic, ethical and biodynamic producers. We’re also increasing our support for English wines including Chapel Down, Sixteen Ridges and Severn Valley.

We also offer a fine selection of ethically and sustainably sourced teas and coffees, always complimented with some of our famous homemade fudge.

The Bar

Monday 3pm-11pm
Tuesday-Saturday 10am-11pm
Sunday 10am-10pm

The bar and restaurant have been deliberately kept in a traditional pub style – log fires, candles and oak beams, bricks and stone. There is plenty of space by the river or in the terrace garden to eat when the weather allows and a wander around our kitchen garden, heritage orchard and small holding is highly encouraged! Our bar area offers two double-sided wood burning stoves with sofas and soft seating to relax in for a morning coffee or pre or post-dinner drink.
