Trainee Assistant Manager

Full time 40-48 hours per week

Hands on day to day manager, willing to take on challenges in a customer facing role, support and mentor junior team. Whilst supporting senior management in the future direction, new projects and the sustainability of the business

Senior Front of House

Full timeĀ  30-40+ hours per week

Help look after guests throughout their experience, with a friendly, warm and attentive approach. With great knowledge of our wines, drinks, food and local offering. Ensuring ever visit runs smoothly.

Junior Front of House

Part time 15-25 hours per week

Help give a warm welcome, taking orders, serving food and drinks, clearing tables and support senior team to ensure guests are well looked after and supported.

Housekeeping Assistant

Part time 12-20 hours per week

Help us maintain clean, comfortable and welcoming spaces for our guests, including public spaces, wellness area, bar and restaurant, as well as our 9 boutique guest bedrooms

Spa Therapists

Freelance or Flexible hours 0-30 hours

Looking for someone to develop our new wild escapes offering, consulting with clients and creating bespoke holistic massages using organic locally made spa products, potential to grow the role and assist with marketing and future development

Gardener/Groundskeeper

Part time, 12-20 hours per week

Managing productive fruit, vegetable, herb gardens – looking for someone passionate and excited about creating their own space, liaising with kitchen team on produce to take garden in an exciting direction
